I got finished drilling the required holes and was locking up the dash mount when I realized this too. I installed my RAM mount before finishing the install. IMO that should be discussed in the paper instructions. No big deal either way, but would be nice to know, especially if you’re like me...
It’s just the extra leaf that is included with the full leaf pack. Didn’t feel right to sell it, but I need to test out my bottle opener on my bumper so beer was the next best option!

Installed my SS brake lines from Freedom Motorsports this afternoon. Thanks again @Rick@FreedomMotorsports for the sizing recommendation. At full droop I still have plenty of line left, the OEM lines got really tight after the ICON leafs were installed.
No harm here. I just want to meet up and try out the new suspension. I’ve been working out alignment issues but I think I’ll have it figured out by this weekend. I purchased the HD alignment cams with the 10.9 grade hardware. Looking forward to tagging along wherever we end up.
Full disclosure, I have a 2wd with a gen 1 swap and 4.10 gears. I’ve been following the trail conditions though and it looks like 2wd won’t have any issue. Hope that doesn’t turn anyone away.

I also ran into a sawsall blade issue too. I ended up using a 4 1/2” cutoff wheel and was SUPER careful around the gas tank. As for the exhaust, I cut my pipe in front of the axle.

In the trash.... haha I joke. Really though it looks so much nicer without a bulky plate hanging off it. I’m going to paint it this week and use some self tappers on the main tube to hold the plate to it. I purchased a plate mount led bar to light up the plate that I’ll wire into the OEM wiring.
Sorry man, I am going back to him in August for a front bumper. I’ll see if I can get some details measurements for that bumper when we put it together. I’ll be happy to share.
I’m sorry I don’t. A friend of mine (much more talented than I with a mig welder) put it together step by step. If you live close to So Cal though I can share his info. He said he’d build these for under $400.
They do great work! Lots of email communication through email every step of the way. They offered great valving advice and the shocks ride better than new now with the rebuild and flutter stack.
So far no major issues with visibility. I mainly use it for maps at the moment but the RAM arm has balls on either end of the post so it’s really adjustable.
