That’s crazy. My business I provide tools. Every tech gets an epic cart filled with what they need. I also pay union wage and provide health care that we pay 100% for as well as 401k. But I still can’t find enough help. It’s crazy out here

The carry cost per day to have all those trucks sit is a staggering number. It’s also incredibly inefficient to have it go down the line, then transported, rent the lot, bring it back, pay someone again to “build it again (at whatever scale it is) etc etc. So for that reason I’m out on this...

I'm not sure COO on the stuff. Serpentine belts, oil filters, spark plugs (they don't exist) I even ran out of shock oil as my supplier couldn't get buckets. Kills our throughput.

Fender flares have to be the plastic shortage. It is hitting my business hard, vendors are telling me it is from a resin shortage which is killing everyone. One of my customers owns fluidmaster. He usually has a 9 month supply and is currently rolling around a weeks supply. Feel bad for these...
