New lines made all the difference for me......Does sound like you have some other issues going on with the rears wearing out faster then the fronts. Just replaced all the pads on my truck, as the fronts needed to be replaced, could have gotten at least 5K more miles from the rears.

As with any new rotors/pads & calibers setup, you will not get the full advantage unless you replace the stock brake lines with solid and/or stainless steel brake lines.
