Installed my new Knuckles today.....with new 3/4" 12 point bolts and spacers, Minimum tensile strength is 170,000 psi on the bolts.
Had to grind about 5/16" off (note screwdriver in 3rd pic) to clearance the spring on the FOX 3.0s. You can see the issue in the 2nd pic.
Tried to get that here in Cali....was already taken.

Like DRK KNT
Tail lights were 12 volts, turn signal was 5 volts and "flashing"* (which indicates a short?)
Didn't check the brake light as I was by my self.
Where do the turn signal wires start? at the lever/switch?
Edit: * "Flashing" with the turn signal on. Does only getting 5 volts indicate a short?
Passenger compartment
#13 Right turn/stop
#14 Left turn/stop
Engine compartment
#73 TT stop/turn relay power
#23, 37,38,39 Relays
all were good.
Do you think that the LEDs in the cab, etc may be the problem??
Tired to do as you suggested....still no brake, turn signals on the left side......even disconnected the battery over night, no change.
Even tried different resistors, using the front one that worked on the back, still no change.
I mentioned the dealer because I read somewhere a while ago...
In reading the threads on hyper flash, I haven't seen this problem come up......
A little background......2011 SCREW
Put duel color switchback bulbs with resistors in for the front turn signals, everything work great.
Added LEDs in the rear tail lights along with the reverse, license...

Have appox 46K on my 2011....No problems at all (knock on wood)
Have done quite a few mods mostly suspension and cosmetics. Motor mods are CAI, RPG steering reservoir, and 5-Star tune.
Knuckles
I ordered the stock F150 knuckles, they are about $20 cheaper each, only difference is you will need to tap a few 6mm holes. The caliber bolt holes are the same size.
I added the gusset kit from Outlaw and drilled out the top mount from 5/8" to 3/4" to mate with the RPG UCA.
Have a crew cab also, have a minimal amount of drone from appox. 2000-2400 RPM.
Angled the turn down to 45 degrees....made a big difference, not as much echo that others mentioned.
I would suggest to cut the bottom "Louver" off of each mud flap, that way they don't hang down as much when in the soft sand.
Mime have been on for 2 1/2 years with no problems.......Great product.
License Plate
Slow day at work, thought I would look for custom plates for my "11 SCREW.
Did all the popular ones.....BAJA MIL, BAJA SVT, BAJA 1K, WON BAJA, etc, all came back "Not Available"
Then I tried "BAJA RPT"....couldn't believe that someone hasn't already have it! So in...
I have used the ALINCO, DJ-180 (VHF) in Baja for many years.....10 channel programmable, very durable with a surprisingly good range for a handheld. Has been replaced with model # DJ-X30T.
Ham Radio Outlet has them for about $180
Was a Retrieval Vehicle for the SCORE IV 250........Pulled seven Racers from the coarse and either got them going again or towed out to an access point, up righted a Trophy Truck that was on his lid and got him going.
Truck worked well, although now I need to up grade rear springs, +3's and...
Got my MBRP Exhaust with Turn Down this morning....took about an hour and a half to remove the stock set up and install the new one.
Pretty easy install, jacked the right side of the truck up, put jack stands front and rear, removed resonator and hangers and the rest practically fell out on...
Got mine as well this morning....took about an hour and a half to remove the stock set up and install the new one.
As stated before, jacked the right side of the truck, put jack stands front and rear, removed resonator and hangers and the rest practically fell out on its own.
Sounds...
