Bumping an old thread. Replacing the stock Sony sub with one of powered subs suggested in this thread. What is the proper way to wire it up? In jgwoody's picture, it is using the stock harness, but it looks like there are other wires coming from somewhere else.

Good point. I have BT scanner on order that is compatible with FORScan Lite. I'm not sure if it is possible to do that with a Lite version though. I might have to go full version.

This thread is 1.5 yrs old, but I didn't see anything else in the search. Where can I get the FORSCan Lite app for Android? I don't see it in Google Play.

The incandescent turn signal in the headlight was blown. After I changed it, it still blinks fast. I'm seeing now that people have seen a neg ground show up in their scanners. The BCM has to be reset or cleared then the blinkers work at normal pace. Sorry to hijack thread......what was this...

You would definitely want to make sure the front wheels were firmly chocked. For me I guess you could lift up one side at a time when getting the leaf springs out and new ones installed, instead of lifting the entire rear end.

Birdman posted a very nice write up on installing Deavers. I'm looking to do this soon but I think I want this receiver jack extender thingamabob. I've been searching the interwebs and can't find one. Anybody know where I can buy something similar? Or what do you call it?

Thanks P4SHOCAT. I lucked out on a Lariat that had a painted bumper and a guy was taking off the same color bumper for a Ranch Hand Bumper. $150 and didn't have to paint.

I didn't notice until I got under there to look at where the Baja Design fogs were going to mount. It's hard to tell in that picture with the glare and grim. I've got some scraps on the fenders I might get worked on and might do the bumper as well. It can ride for now. I think I will focus...

I just bought a black Gen 1. The truck has been sprayed, at least partially. The flares and bumpers are body matched and so is the front skid. So I think this thing had a minor nose dive, because the lower bumper is beat up where they tried to straighten it out. See the crappy pic I posted...

Citizen Park, those are awesome. I would've done the white C-clamp, but seeing them with the side and grill markers, I think you made the right choice. I might have to get a set after I do some suspension work.
