My 2018 does this on the driver’s side rarely. I have done FORScan mods including, “global window” which changes the door control modules. I’ll try unlinking the key fob to see if it changes the clicking.

It comes with the territory. Parking issues are part of using your Raptor as your every day driver. FWIW I avoid low garages. There are times when Raptors park where others cannot... Enjoy your truck!
