Nope, get a 4-wheel alignment. You just spent well over $1,000 on tires. Spend another $80 to make sure they wear correctly. Soon. Once an improper wear pattern is established on a tire, it'll wear that way for its now shortened life.
All from the same manufacturer, and there is no kit. You need to be able to specify the thread pitch, diameter, and length of each plug. Takes a little work, but is very well worth doing. A magnet serves as an open filter, attracting all metal particles. Doesn't get dirt, just metal, but...
I share that concern.
I replaced the drain plugs on the engine, transmission, and transfer case with magnetic drain plugs. Replaced the fill plug on the front differential with a magnetic plug also, and replaced the rear differential cover with an aftermarket unit that has a magnetic drain plug...
I have removed the skid plate for every oil change since 2011. Six bolts. What's the problem?
Another solution I've used on other vehicles is to use a piece of aluminum foil to make a form fitting, single use guide for the oil to flow.
Yet another solution is to get a one-quart plastic...
Welcome! FRF is a priceless source of information about our trucks. Lots and lots of first-hand truck wisdom and experience here.

But absent that, my first response would be the same as with any apparently failing light bulb - replace the bulb.
This is in the GEN2 side, but I'll respond anyway.
My GEN1 only cost $41,000 plus tax, so it was really no more expensive than any other vehicle I would have chosen at the time. I did a great deal of research and had the market narrowed down between a Raptor and a Toyota FJ Cruiser, and the...
@Ricoman, I recommend a Carlson's ported Sporting Clays choke tube in cylinder for your IWI Tavor TS12.
Be advised that your TS12 uses Beretta and Benelli MOBIL choke tubes.

In my experience there is one and only one mileage improvement (or mileage destroying) device on a 6,000 pound 4x4 truck with a large displacement V8 under the hood: The Right Foot.
