    Rear up travel.

I'm not sure I would have the answer for the proper angle of limit straps. As long as they limit the suspension before the shocks top out at droop like @downforce137 pointed out In relation when setting up the shocks and cycling the suspension, prior to setting the limit strap the drive...

    Rear up travel.

Good question but I haven't measured it. Once I get my new lower shock mounts on the axle I can bring it to full droop and check it out. I don't think I'll have much a difference for droop compared to a normal bypass rack with a 16" shock. I did end reposition the upper mount location on the...

    Rear up travel.

No problem haha, the springs that are being cycled are deaver +4.5, I'll also be prep/cleaning them as the deaver finish is know for a limited life span... The reason for the thread is just to show that there is up travel to be had if a small amount of work is done. I'll be using a 18" shock...

    Rear up travel.

Haha nice, just to clarify, the spacers you see in the leaf pack are obviously only there to cycle the suspension The leafs will be reassembled prior to operating the truck...

    Rear up travel.

Hey guys, working on my truck a little and found out my bump stop kit limits the rear uptravel quite a bit. Obviously not building a race truck but I like to optimize my small performance package so I'm am doing a little bump stop build. The issue is the part that clamps onto the fame takes up...

How to increase front suspension travel without a long travel kit?

For the front I managed 13.625" of travel without going wider and maintaining 4x4. First limit is the shocks. You will need to bump up to 2g shocks. I found the best set up if you plan to run a secondary shock is to get an oem 2g. It has 8" of travel. I replaced the 1" OEM internal droop...

RPG UCA w/ NON-ICON UCA 1" RETROFIT DELTA JOINT

Hello I recently did this. The delta joints give slightly more misalignment than the uniball/misalignment spacers that come with the rpg's. Also the delta joints end up moving the pivot up so the uca can droop out further than the rpg set up, of course it's still limited by the spring contact.
