Everything was installed my-self. Taking everything apart sometime soon to throw on a set of Geiser coils i got locally for a good deal. Planning on replacing the UCAs and the upper spring insulator while ive got it all in pieces. Will keep yall updated after all installed. Thanks for the info

Following up. Checked the middle shock shaft bolt on the top of the hat and went ahead and checked the other 3 bolts around the hat. All bolts were tight, and clunk is still there. Just had shocks rebuilt by TSW about 5k miles ago. Any chance its the shocks and i should make the expensive...

Just over smaller bumps at lower speeds when its most noticeable. (driving straight) That lower shock bolt was the first thing I checked and got my local shop to torque prior to replacing parts.

WOW! What a read, for all first-time raptor owners who have a Gen3. I am having the same problem with my Gen 1. Seems to be an ongoing issue with Gen 2 as well. Clunk is felt in the floorboard at my feet/pedals anywhere between 5-25mph while going over smaller bumps. Feels as if a bolt is loose...

Following... Any update on front end clunk after replacing parts??? Im in similar situation with front end clunk and bump steer. Rebuilt all shocks by TSW. All new tie rods, New lower ball joints, new sway bar stabilizer links, and new wheel hubs. Still searching for clunk......:emotions122:
