    Hill descent fault repair

Well that sucks but hopefully solves the problem. Which harness? The one that runs down the back of the engine to the transmission (have heard reports of that one getting burnt against exhaust) or the one hanging down along the framerail behind the left front wheel (have heard of that one...

    What kills a Cat @ 58k 14 Raptor 6.2

Damn dude, looks BUILT, I would ignore the light haha! I recently rolled 205k on my '13 and stock cats, zero issues. Had a hunk of shit '83 Chevy back in the day that the catalytic converter plugged up on and wouldn't start (finally figured out after changing plugs, wires, HEI, etc etc), think...

What did u do to your raptor today?

So probably don't want to use the Sawzall with a 12" blade, gotcha. @PD1744 has good info in his build thread, plasma cutter making it much easier...

What did u do to your raptor today?

Oh NICE!!! That's exactly what I'm planning; KHC buckets, Gen2's (albeit new from rockauto for essentially the same price as Gen1's) and the Gen1 Geiser springs I already have for the correct (and progressive) spring rate. Thinking I won't need the KHC rear mounts since I have +3 Deavers...

What did u do to your raptor today?

You should get a set of Gorillas, stock lugs are utterly craptastic.

    OEM lugs are warped

Still running the same set, zero issues, surface rust hasn't really changed, mostly where the key engages the splines (see pic). Lived in NM for 2 years when I first got 'em, moved to central AR for about 4 years, now southern TX. I use an impact with the key socket to rotate tires every 3k...

Rear bump stop kit - Gen 1

I don't but saw this on Houston CL the other day: https://houston.craigslist.org/pts/d/spring-gen-ford-raptor-12th-gen-f150/7654051333.html

6R80 sudden transmission downshift powertrain control module programming

Well everything is going to eventually fail but I'll be happy with 300k miles, pretty confident mine will make it. From my understanding the main problem with the lead frame was the speed sensor integral to the frame itself can (potentially) send a (faulty) signal to the PCM that vehicle speed...

6R80 sudden transmission downshift powertrain control module programming

I had 19S07 done 3/21/19 at 164,305 and 19S19 done on 7/13/19 at 166,160. I bought the truck in '17 with 152k, never had transmission issues before or after the recalls, serviced the transmission myself (just pan drop & filter) at 155k along with a Saudi cooler and PA dipstick, just serviced...

    '21 in Houston

Not mine (unless someone wants to donate like $70k to the cause), looks like a wholesale dealer, just posted yesterday: https://houston.craigslist.org/ctd/d/houston-2021-ford-150-raptor-we-finance/7663404510.html

What did u do to your raptor today?

Just about! I don't think it's worth it even if there's a hailstorm or something, the grocery getter Exploder is probably just going to be the sacrificial lamb out there getting hammered, Raptor and lawnmower safely inside...

What did u do to your raptor today?

I didn't do anything either heh, but it's an opportunity so I'm takin' it. Mine are more like sisters, both '13's. Just seeing if I could indeed stuff 'em both in the garage if I reaaaaaaally wanted to...yes but you hafta NASCAR enter through the window or Santa into the sunroof...

    Gen1 SE Beauty Rings

I invested in an impact T40 socket before taking them off for the above pics, but had them on the truck to take the stock wheels down to Discount Tire to mount new tires before that. Not great pics (or clean, jeez they are filthy), but show them at different angles: . . .

    Gen1 SE Beauty Rings

Ok had a thread a while back for these looking to trade for true beadlock rings, still would prefer to do that, but relisting here to sell outright if anybody needs a set of 4. Asking $500 plus shipping, OBO, and they are the darker '14 SE color. I put them back on the wheels before I moved...

I know, first time I’ve had to run a front plate, not entirely sold on the spot I picked heh.

What did u do to your raptor today?

Got my tires in the other day: Had Discount Tire mount 'em up: Texas afternoon heat feels like it would melt a 64th off these just going down the street. Taking refuge in the garage but hoping to explore some Gulf of Mexico beaches this fall...

Good deal on KO2's on Simple Tire

Yes exactly, the last set I had was load range E (48,000 miles ago) and they are definitely stiffer, probably tougher as well and I never had a flat but figured I'd give these a try and see how they do...

    GEN 1 Steering rack DIY

Dude it was 5 and a half bottles!! And that was just writing the post. I didn't time it but you could knock it out in a weekend easy at a leisurely pace. Probably a day if you have a nice shop and tool assortment like @PD1744 or @Gumby. And a couple hours on the side of a trail in the middle...
