The auto retailers have had it with the EV mandate: https://www.roadandtrack.com/news/a45989334/auto-dealers-sign-letter-to-urge-president-biden-to-tap-brakes-on-ev-mandate/
It's getting more and more difficult to get the sheep to believe that anything the gubmint does is "helping".
So.... longer UCA's, LCA's, shocks, tie rods, & axles? Then new fiberglass fenders? Plus longer brake lines, ABS sensors and IWE hoses?
How many dollars (in 2023 funny money) are you budgeting for this?
My daily is a 2012 3.5 ecoboost 4wd SCREW, but it's not something I longed for. It was a better fit than the '96 Bronco it replaced. No more hauling trash in the cab of a 200hp brick.
These guys make billet UCA's (for the BRaptor) that are adjustable without removing them. https://automotiveperformancegroup.com/product/bronco-midrunner-uca/

On a factory-built, QC-checked shock, (from an "industry leader"), which retails for a grand? Maybe on a used set with unknown history, but if that came from Fox..
This is a good point. Anybody with Kings is familiar with the clickity click sounds from the bypass check valves, and you either get used to it or you don't. But...... in an actual race truck there is so much other noise that it doesn't matter. It seems as if the OEM shocks absolutely had to be...
