This is the first time I've read any mention about regear , coming from a jeep background this was always a priority. Interested on hearing more about this too.
I did the rigid kit with the drive, spot, and fog lights. I'm happy with it, took some time to adjust though. That being said I might lean towards a set that has them pre-arranged in the holders like above.

The departure angle you're commenting on is minimal. The only way you're going to see a big difference is if you get rid of the duals and a do an axle back cut off with a tuck away exhaust. It's alright to have nice things and still take the truck off road.
