I'm trying to find out either the weight bias or the actual curb weights for the front and rear axles.
I know the overall weight for a SCREW is about 5700lbs, but I need to find out the weight on each axle, as I'm shopping for a car lift for my garage. Im liking the Maxjax, which has a 6K...
Sway-A-Way has been around for a long time. I too have heard good things about them, just not sure why they don't seem nearly as popular as Fox or King - maybe there's a reason?
In any case they look great
I definitely want the +2 / +2 fenders for sure.
ZK how feasible would it be to custom make the spacers where the heim joints attach to the frame - instead of same length front to back, have them longer on one side than the other. 1/2" might be a little to much to ask though
Hey guys I've seen some companies say that their extended shackles will work with Deavers, but not Icon. Not sure why. Does anyone know of some extended shackles that will work?
I'm torn between the Deavers and Icons. From what I read, there seems to be more people that like the ride quality of...
Talked to Camburg today. they are shooting for January 1st or thereabouts for the initial release. If you order by then you’ll get the reduced intro price. It will be more pricey after that.
They tested using 37” tires. Even though the arms push the wheel forward 1”, the tires clear the...
I just got an email from Cole at ADD. I had emailed them the other day about bumper weights. He just stated the Pro Bolt On was 60lbs.
So either way - 55 or 60 - it’s still lighter than stock, so I’m sold.
I've just read too many posts from guys who have had an issue when towing with a FMIC. Plus keeping one in stock location is a lot less noticeable, so less chance of having a warranty problem.
Maybe they've changed?? When I look at this page and go down to the section "Applications", it shows every one of them as API SN Plus

For the sake of having the best cooling for the engine itself - especially during high load towing in hot weather, I'm gonna go ahead and stick with a stock location IC, but I will get an aftermarket IC, such as Mishimoto, Whipple, CVF, etc. I also just ordered the Mishimotor radiator for my...
Hey guys I searched the threads on oil, but most were old.
I know the recommended oil is 5W-30 synthetic, But it seems like the Amsoil 0W-40 would be even better.
0 weight for better flow at start-up (gets down to low 30's/high 20's where I'm at), yet has the 40 wt for hotter temps (again...
Steve and Russell - Do you guys have pics of where you mounted your bypass setup, and how yo routed the hoses? I bought the setup for an F250 I had. Never installed it before trading it in for my '19 Raptor. I think all I need to do is buy the correct spin on adapter to fir the Raptor and...
A little bit more pricey now, but really seems like a great way to go for those who tow.

Only thing I could possibly see as an advantage then is since it does have that approval, a dealer "MIGHT" give you less of an issue on a possible warranty claim. That's a big "IF", but who knows, sometimes every little bit helps. Of course if you're going to add a tune, then this really won't...
The Cobb as well as any other FMIC requires no frame mods. the frame cutting and need for an FMIC is only if you want to run a “frame-cut” front bumper, which has more clearance and a better approach angle
Damn - that makes me want to go with a FMIC again so I can get the bumper I really want.
Such a tough decision with all the reports of guys with overheating issues.
That bad thing is - once you cut that frame you’re kinda stuck - no going back there
My concern with a FMIC vs stock replacement is for cooling. For normal driving the FMIC seems fine. No real issues. But for those who do some towing, there seems to be a big issue with overheating. The FMIC sits right in front of the radiator, and obviously blocks some air. It also heats up the...
