My truck (2017) exhibits the same characteristics as the op. I my icom radio has a voltage display and I can see it’s always outputting 14.5+ volts.
I have a blackvue 2ch dashcam that does slowly drain the battery at night or when parked.
I notice that if I trickle charge the battery the auto...
Went to Moab last week in my raptor with my friend who has a 2nd gen taco double cab short box with lift and 33’s.
I have eibach springs and icon rear leafs on 35’s.
Did many trails like top of the world, sevenmile rim, etc.
The taco had better break over and departure angles. The raptor diff...
Best way to determine where all the leaks are coming from is to brake clean everything down then drive around for a day or two and check again.
But it does look like you might have an oil pan leak and some seals on the diff leaking?
3rd pic concerns me the most because it looks like oil is...

Made it back from Moab. Great trip that I would recommend to anyone.
Truck did let me down once when the steering angle sensor in the steering gear failed resulting in no power steering. Was 1/4 of the way up on Sevenmile Rim Trail. Not somewhere where you want to break down. I made it down...
You're correct that oil/coolant could be mixing from other areas as well. A check of the dipstick usually won't show any water or coolant because the water settles to the bottom of the oil pan. A better way is to crack loose the oil drain bolt and slowly unscrew it while letting some liquid...
So far so good. Only gripe is that on full droop, the leaf spring will contact the exhaust. I have eibach springs up front and the leaf pack on option 2. With 500lb of gear in the back, the rear is 0.5” higher than the front. Perfect height!
Ride is more comfortable than stock imo and no...
Very happy with it. They are very popular and reliable. It can connect to any WiFi hotspot automatically so as long as the truck is parked somewhere with WiFi, you can view live footage through your phone. My 650s-2ch is already old tech and it’s pretty good. Newer versions have 4K for even...
Sludge material to me looks like your head gasket might be compromised? Looks like oil mixed with the coolant. My old 7.3 powerstroke had similar looking sludge in the coolant tank.
I would probably do a coolant pressure test. Also check for water in the oil?
Sound like you’re doing an overland build to adventure on some FSR’s?
Similar build for me: https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/alcoolaids-2017-raptor-weekend-warrior.71466/
Bracket for Blue Sea ML-ACR and 150A breaker. I just drilled 4 holes through the bracket and battery box and used 1/4" hardware to secure it. Solid enough for what its doing.
Everything bolted on
All wired up. Also pictured is @SDHQ Switch Pros SP-9100 mount.
Gonna test out this 30"...
