Thanks for the preview John! I've got 6 DD SS5s I'm gonna try to fit using the cross mount without blocking the camera significantly. From the picture it looks like it would be possible, but looking forward to seeing what works.
Sure. Here's the link to the fuse that I used. The TenSix runs on 90 amps, so I went with a 100 amp fuse. Before you cut the alligator clips off mark the positive cable, so you don't mix up the two. The fuse obviously goes on this side...
Here's another one to consider. Kinda like a soft sided truck camper when set-up, but it has everything in the full out version. Hold on to your hats though- starts at about $15k and runs up to about $40k.

I'd lean toward an offroad trailer for that money...
Mounted a Morrflate TenSix air compressor on a Builtrightind bedside rack MOLLE panel using a slightly modified (two additional drill holes) Viaircorp 95900 mounting bracket. Removed the factory alligator clips and installed an Anderson connector and 100 amp fuse to take advantage of my hitch...
Thanks! I don't recall any issues. I just pulled the headliner down enough to get the cable in. The toughest part was jamming it in around the trim near the seat belt retractor if, I remember correctly.
It is three pieces, but you don’t have to take it apart, just push into place and the clips hold it.
Removing the old one can be easier if you remove the top panel on the inside of the tailgate/work surface, hit the emblem with a heat gun from the outside of the tailgate to melt the adhesive...
Thanks! I got it on eBay here after someone installed a variation and posted. Great quality work. It looks like he doesn't have that one right now, but you will probably find he has different styles available. If I remember correctly, I believe it was the same part number as the regular F-150.
I've got the Diamondback SE and love it. I run it slick with the Crossbin 13 and that really nails the primary use case for me, especially if you throw an AMP side step on so you can reach everything in the bin. I'm also running a Bedslide, which gives me direct access to the rest of the bed...
Good point. I ended up adding weather pack connections to them instead, so you never need to do another cut, soldier, splice, etc., down the road. Plus, SVP uses WP connectors on their harnesses and I've used a couple of those, so it makes a great tie in.
I've got a couple John! Since I've already posted these, I'll just post the links. I can say in general that I've been hugely impressed with @Specialtyperformanceparts kits, selection and customer service. I even reached out to John during an install on a weekend and he called me back and...
