I have the MBRP turn down and dont much enjoy the drone at 50-60+. Will be switching to the corsa extreme soon, lots of positive reviews of it.

Yes definitely time for a rebuild on the shocks. The rebuild is straight forward but can get intimidating if you don't know some of the steps in rebuilding them. If you need any help while rebuilding them, feel free to text or call me(PM inbound)

Did he revalve the stockers or 3.0's?

The 5.4s have a different piston and shim stack and the rear reservoir has only 1 seal on the cap. Weight difference is maybe 80-100lbs, not sure if thats enough to make a difference but they did change when the 6.2's came out.

Just had a conversation about this while rebuilding shocks the other day, and we just were't sure it would be worth it with the amount of testing it would take. I'm not sure if anyone has taken the time to test a set, I think most people(shops included) say screw it and get 3.0's+.

The 5.4 shocks have a different shim stack for the "lighter truck". The 6.2 shocks will work, but I heard it makes for a shitty ride.

By revalving, are you guys referring to the shim stack?
