Is the back at stock height....or??,,, because that does not seem right? We have stock leafs in ours and it is level with the setting your shocks should be at. If need be adjust the nut on top of the coil up a little to bring the front down...you want to keep the weight distribution pushing in...
We appreciate you letting us hitch a ride in your truck.....I am slightly jealous although I will probably not hate sitting in my warm house either while you guys freeze. Ha
Have fun and feel free to use him up!!!

Suppose you could but in all honesty the Reservoir alone and additional oil volume makes a difference. Adding the cooler with even more oil volume, and the fact that it is in the direct air flow should never present an issue. It was designed for function and to be a simple clean upgrade with no...
Shipped out 116 of them and should be there tomorrow or Wednesday in Jason's hands......we are blown away at how impressive they are every day by beaming each other with the one floating around the office. Really is no joke for such a cost effective light.
I will not be out there, Dylan our...
SDHQ's Twin-Turbo Eco-Raptor - TUNED - YouTube
Matt loves his Raptor. It’s a literal go-anywhere vehicle that is also comfortable on long trips. It can hold all our gear, and the off-road suspension makes it a very smooth camera car. The SYNC system is responsive, it has loads...
I believe from the factory the lower arm TS is at 260ft/lb front bolt / 350ft/lb rear bolt and the lower shock bolt is just over 400ft/lb (406ft/lb??).....there may be reason for it to be different but that is OE call outs if I remember correctly off the top of my head.
Edit - Here is the...
Ultimately this should be about what you the FRF and Raptor owner what to see or learn from this.....again I am 99% sure for FOX or King and 100% sure for ICON that we built the shocks for installation in the stock mounts to enhance the over all performance of the Raptor.
You guys run with it...
A lot of the ride characteristics and road feel (and one of the weaknesses of the platform) is due to the rigidity of the rear frame. The variation in bracketry between bump kits will affect (and improve)the street ride quality significantly. A weld on air bump kit at 0psi vs. a stock truck...
Makes total sense all except for the fact that hitting a hydraulic bumpstop with no nitrogen would be like punching a brick wall with your fist.....There is no protection!!
Unfortunately we (ICON) have done no direct testing with leaf springs or bump stops to this point, so we can not give a...
The only part I would consider is that if you air down the bump stop you technically have nothing in regards to a bumpstop....the factory bump stop does do something. A 3.0 shock is sufficient to disperse the necessary energy so that if the factory bump stop is contacted it is only doing its...
