gotcha you have the fox shock defect. I had it on 2 gen 3s. I never felt it in the pedals either. there is a tsb and hopefully your dealer will work with you. I would start with replacing the front 2 struts.

Hey all I recently installed Nitto Trail Grapplers (37s) and I'm hearing (not feeling) an occasional vibration originating from the from driver's side wheel well when turning left (once in a while when going straight). your front ride height is the same on driver and passenger side?

I added 1 1/12 inch of preload but I may need more with these nitto M/Ts

once I get there I'll check

I didn't either and mine is off by a 1/4 inch

did u add preload to the driver's side to compensate for fuel tank weight?

I am waiting until it gets cooler out. for whatever reason not as noticeable when it's warmer out.

they are supposed to put the chassis ears on it.

my plan is to wait for cooler weather and go with on the test drive on a road that I know will duplicate the clunk.

probably try to ride with them while they do the test drive with the chassis ears

precisely why I am waiting until it gets colder out. for whatever reason when it is warm it is not nearly as bad. but my service manager did see the bulletin in the system.
