That's good to hear. My oem projector lights have not had moisture in them.
Some of these gen 2 headlights having moisture in them could likely be in the same year f-150 trucks as well since they share the same headlamp assemblies.
I would suggest getting an instant offer off of Kbb.com. I've gotten pretty reasonable offers in the past.
Also, is there a carmax near you? They have been pretty fair about offers in my experiences.

Autonation Ford of Katy from what I've been told receives the biggest allocation in Houston. I also heard they are charging 10k over MSRP, but you could check with them on availability.
Great profile comparison pics. This really helps a lot. Hope you decide to keep both. I'd venture you'd be a rare breed of Raptor owners with both gens coexisting.

I just did a search on Cargurus.com for 2010-2012 Raptors within 100 miles of Oklahoma City (I used that as a reference).
I would encourage you to go on that website and just do a search of available Raptors. Many of those Raptors are marked down quite a bit.
On the Gen 1, is the difference between stock (low) perch and Mid-Perch about 1"?
I have to admit that the mid-perch setting looks better because the truck is more level. Mine is currently on stock perch. And I'm planning on setting it to mid-perch when I rebuild my shocks in the future...
Thanks, that answers my question earlier in this thread. I was thinking the gen 2 front end just looked like it sat higher than the gen 1 in stock form.

which makes me wonder, a few members have...
Ok fair enough brother. I was just going by what I was seeing in all the profile pics of Gen 2's that I've seen.
Granted I haven't seen one in person. Maybe the camera angle makes them appear to be "level" in stock form. Like the Gen 1 (I own a 2013) has a very noticeable nose dive from...
Interesting, because in the few pics I've seen of the Gen 2, they look like they sit higher stock (and more level) than the Gen 1s. Is that just an optical illusion? They really look that way to me in all the pics I've seen.

I personally hope you never get rid of your Gen 1 brother. It's just a nice sight to see the new and the old coexisting in harmony.

It appears that the Gen 2 Raptors come stock on the "mid-perch"...
