Yes ive seen a view of the turbo which has a small butterfly valve on it, may just be that which mimics a spark knock. Its odd for sure but theres no power pulled or spark nock detection when Ive run diagnostics. Search youtube i think that's where I saw it.

Mine has done it from day one its only when filling up to when hose stops the fill. Ive narrowed it down to backfire in the muffler. It does not backfire if you fill to say 30 gallons and had maybe 4 left. Has to be the emission/vent fill tube or something. omly does it once a full fill though.

That hole is a weep hole put in by factory its on all the stock mufflers and it sounds like shit.

Talk to Adam at ZFG racing he has great tunes and great customer service. He can also tune or help you with install remotely if needed. He has ECM and TCM tunes. He uses HP tuner. (715)-600-3447 I think he said its around 445 to rear wheels with his 91-93 tune not bad

Had same issue you need to use a relay switch. I actually used a smaller relay and couldn't figure it out until I stepped up to a 16amp relay now works great.

I have a 20" rigid light on the front it draws 15.7 amps. I have it wired to the #1 upfitter. It keeps blowing fuse after 2 seconds. Is the .7 doing this. I've wired it twice so it's not my wiring?

I installed a dougs cutout. I wired it to the aux switch #4 with the dougs toggle switch. So I switch it on then use the toggle to open close. Question is is that draining the battery, cause my gauge is on charge every time i start up? Cant figure this one out. Any help would be great...
