Gawddamnit I'm still undecided.
I really want to mod my truck as I plan on owning the sucker until it basically dies, but I still have a hard time with paying for mods that have a negative ROI... as far as atvs are concerned I think rental first to see how often I would go/enjoy it is the best...
I'm kind of at a decision point here...
I have a totally unmodded '12 Ford Raptor Race Red, and I was THINKING about getting some new shoes for it... but now, with that money, I'm thinking I might be better off to have the stock raptor and buy an ATV or Dirt Bike and haul up and go riding on...
Dealership just told me it would take 4 HOURS to do the mid perch adjustment LOL!!! I said nah, I'll do it myself and save probably time but DEFINITELY THE MONEY.
So do you guys order your tire/wheels together and have them shipped to you and do the installation yourself, or do you carry your shoes to a tire installation place and have them install?
:snoopfacepalm:
Suchhhhh a newb
Mid Perch Req.
I have been browsing the forum for a while, but I still can't seem to find out if mid-perch is required if I buy 35x12.5x17 wheel/tire shoes for my ride... there shouldn't be any rubbing that's not a plus size?
I'm REALLLLLLLY newby with this stuff btw
Wrapped their fender flares in black matte? Specifically, I am looking for any color of raptor EXCEPT tux blk to see how it looks.. I have race red btw.
In terms of looks, what mod makes the biggest impact to a 2012 Ford Raptor ?
Wheels/Tires (Was thinking Method DS / Toyo OC ) / mid perch
HID Headlights
or Light Bar KC Hilites 6-8' x4 front
I'm a super huge newb by the way, please no flame lol
