I agree with the OP. I pay more for my vehicle, more for insurance, more for tires, more for increased fuel usage on 80 degree days where I could drive a more 'fuel efficient' vehicle, have spent my adult life learning how to drive in adverse conditions, have spent most of my adult life in a...
I get it!!! Raptor (predatory bird) brings its own house with it.........
Size specs for the house are a little off though......
Maybe that's all of the house he could afford after purchasing the Raptor.
Poor attempt at humor- man I crack myself up (probably the only one though) :)
Quick question from experience- did you double / triple check the fitment and correct operation of your self-replaced parts? If wrong valve body, leads, solenoids, etc. or faulty "new" part installed maybe the correct PCM is not communicating due to wrong or faulty part?
Old axiom- 'never assume...

Entertaining and LONG thread-
Quick issue- With Ford now coming out with 37's being an option, what are they upgrading to make the drivetrain live with those? Because last time I checked if I put 37's on my '19, I would void my warranty with a drivetrain failure. Interesting what once was...

Love this thread!
Had a BEAUTIFUL tuxedo black '13 F350 Powerstroke used to pull the 5'vr. She said was too big didn't drive it. Sold both. Built a badass square body but a little too wild to pull the boat so had to go. She hated it. Told the wife I wanted to get a new F150 and she said "fine...
Ok wow, lots of input here already but here goes:
I have not had the pleasure of traveling with my Raptor yet (thanks COVID) but I plan on flat towing it. I flat tow my JKR behind my 42' Pusher (Cummins) with 0 issues. I have used a tilt trailer to take my '17 Explorer Sport for additional...
Good point. You could 'tension' too much chain to the rear and not enough to the front. Learning when stuck is never good. I will try to avoid that as I have had the Raptor and the chains for over a year now and have never test-fit them. Shame on me.
What type of chains did you try? Any pictures of the interference? I have 4 high quality cam-lock chains and felt better by having them but never test-fitted them. Better break them out and try...
