No change there. Factory darkens the rear windows.

Doubt the take-off lights will have much value, unless the brackets were also removed. There is a market for plug and play replacements. I'd be interested in some plug and play BajaDesigns options that work with the stock brackets.

Headlights are much brighter (massive difference) and the active cornering light is also much improved. Haven't had an opportunity to test the Rigids, but both sets (including the set under the covers) are marked SAE Street Legal, so output is not going to compare to the off road only options.

I asked the dealer not to install and the front bracket came in plastic like all of the other dealer installed components (e.g. Boxlink, etc.)

Raptor isn’t going to feel much faster. I’ve had a rental 2.7 (Anyone else always request pickups for rental cars?) and it was fun on the skinny tires and much lighter truck. The Raptor will feel completely different in terms of ride quality - night and day, on road as well as off (obviously).

First pic I’ve seen of a G3 with a front plate. Actually much better than the G2. Mounted lower and doesn’t require holes at the top of the bumper as well.

Mine was offloaded from the train early today. Now just need truck to the dealer. Hoping delivery tomorrow or Monday. Can’t wait!

Update - Passing through Temple, TX today! There have to be trucks getting dropped off at distribution lots along the way.

The reviews kicking off TRX comparisons is surprising to me. We've all known the HP and V6 vs. V8 difference for months. I'm going with the Raptor because I believe it's a more complete vehicle and fits my intended long distance touring vehicle needs.

Also per Ford Performance, they would appreciate information on when your trucks actually reach the dealers. They have the same ETA we do, along with some additional tracking information, but are blind to actual delivery dates. That could help give them some info for the next group of orders.

Anyone have train tracking info? Per Ford Performance, my truck was on a train and passed through Alliance TX yesterday. Have a feeling they probably offloaded trucks bound for the Dallas area dealers.

From what I can find, the Yakima HD bars with the skyline mounts and the Rhino Rack bars/mounts are rated at 220 lbs mounted on the tonneau cover.

My first window sticker had MI in the top left corner and listed as Convoy. At some point it was updated to TX and Rail. Ramp changed as well, from CC59 to RA7L. That sticker was pre-blend date, so probably just put in without all of the detail.

Mine was updated on the blend date - Went from convoy to rail for a TX delivery. Top left corner was also updated to TX.

I read that, but mine didn’t, or at least changed more frequently. For example, I have a blend date of 8/21, in production date of 8/23, built date of 8/25, and shipped date of 8/28. With those, I got new window sticker dates on 8/20, 8/21, 8/23, 8/25, and 8/28.

Tracker was updated this morning with a check in the “Built” box and a new range (9/15-9/21) in addition to the original 9/21 ETA. The 9/15 date aligns with the Est. 16 days that displayed under “Shipped” a couple days ago. I assume that’s the actual expected date (9/15) and the 9/21 gives them...
