    Call me crazy... But...

I should add that was a month ago and I just ended up going for a lightly used one for fairly cheap in Texas as opposed to new. Less than 7k miles, driven by an older gentleman, saved me about 10k with similarly packaged new ones. A dealership in California actually asked the website dealership...

    Call me crazy... But...

Is the dealership in Idaho Mountain Hone Ranch? I talked to that dealership about a 2020 lead foot 802a, and little else. They quoted me at 67k before negotiating but ultimately decided to pass because I wanted all the bells and whistles. Ended up just getting one in Texas. Should check in...

How did you come to afford your raptor?

Hey I resemble that statement! I actually just bought a raptor and am picking it up tomorrow in Texas and driving it back to California with the girlfriend. So maybe I’m not technically an owner yet but my monies gone lol. I’m just a lowly teacher in my ear 30s with no kids and no debt but, I...

2019-2020 New Raptor Invoice Pricing Spreadsheet (and more)

Where did you hear that about the emissions on the raptor? I heard that they were all 50 state emissioned. Also sweet deal! What dealership did you go through if you don’t mind me asking?

    Some Advice from members

Alright folks, I got two options that I would appreciate input on. A used 2019 802a, tech, carbon, moon roof, basically fully loaded with about 7k miles for 61k+shipping(quoted about 1200) or a 2020 802a, no moon roof, no bead lock wheels for 67500. What are your guys thoughts?

Regardless of if your a Ram fan, a direct competitor to the raptor is a good thing right? While it may not reflect in the price, it means Ford can’t rest on its laurels with regards to the Raptor. Also as an FYI, not that anyone here will really know what dealership I’m talking about. Never...

@MDJAK @GordoJay lmao I suppose I should have known truck owners are an easy going bunch. Where does grandma speed bump range in the raptor off road capabilities? Might be a missed marketing opportunity with those rioting events.

That makes sense. I’d probably kick myself for not waiting if they did happen to reveal a v8. Not because of the v8 but because the money lol. I’m partial to the bigger screen on the 2021s they mentioned. I also wonder if the raptor will have the “first class” seats, not that that’s a selling...

Lmao, yeah, I mean, I’m probably way more indecisive than @BroncoAZ as I’ve followed his thread as well, but you can never have too much information. Grateful these forums exist with active members and people willing to help out.

I read the reviews on this dealership before calling and they did say they had a tendency to do that. It didn’t help that I could barely understand the gentleman on the phone because of his heavy accent. Ive already contacted another dealer who seems to be more transparent, at least currently...

That makes sense. It has a moon roof as well and I’ve read about those problems somI can’t imagine they’ve been doing the proper maintenance on that either

This is the quote they gave for the 2019 with taxes titles and fees. What the hell is a “tx accessory” fee? Hopefully the image loads. But that’s nuts! Is this negotiatable?

    Some Advice from members

@BroncoAZ oh really? Being not to familiar with the kinda problems they can have, what kinda issues would one sitting on the lot have? and yeah I’ll definitely ask about the 2020 first and see what kinda price I can get

    Some Advice from members

Yeah, I guess there isn’t much difference between a 2019 and 2020 from what I’ve read? Unless I’m mistaken. This ones a screw so maybe I should just pull the trigger and go for it Thanks for the info

I should also add that Edmunds true value says its about 63-64k. Anyone know how often dealerships do deals compared to Edmunds numbers?

    Some Advice from members

Hey folks posting again, didn’t want to revive my old thread so I thought I’d start a new one. Hopefully that isn’t against the rules. I’m looking at a new 2019 raptor with tech and 802a package for 66-67k. Dealer says he’s selling at invoice, I don’t particularly believe him, wondering if...

    No wiggle room on pricing?

Makes me wish I didn’t have my trade in to worry about and I would seriously consider doing that one. I test drove the blue one I linked from my first post and after test driving one the other day I just realized how slow my truck feels in comparison. Not that I’m looking for speed but it’s nice...

    No wiggle room on pricing?

That’s good to know about the taxes, that would be around 5k in California. I’ve been looking at car gurus and sites like that like 911 Crazy suggested but it seems like the decently priced ones are further East than I’d want to drive back. If I could find some deals around the Arizona, Utah and...

    No wiggle room on pricing?

Wow, yeah that price and mileage for fully loaded is something I’d probably pull the trigger on quickly. Where would that be exactly? just so I have a baseline of where to look

    No wiggle room on pricing?

Lol yeah, I think that will be option 1b for me. I think the savings would have to be at least 3k for me to head out of state. How does one go about looking out of state. Just start emailing dealers out of state?

    No wiggle room on pricing?

I think I might have to consider this if California prices keep disappointing me. Honestly I’d pay just a tiny bit more to not have to go through the hassle of out of state, but I’ll try to exhaust my California radius. I’m kinda new to the whole truck buying thing as my first vehicle purchase...

Ok appreciate the advise, I’ll keen looking. They offered a 2.5% interest financing which I thought was pretty good, but you’re right.
