I had this on my drivers side (only took off road one and would be a stretch to even consider it any kind of off-roading) they replaced upper control arm and bushings.

i've tuned and have been since truck had 1,200 miles on it. I change oil every 5k miles with Motul Sport Ester 5W-40 and changes plugs for NGK Iridium at 15k miles. Just came up to 28k miles and will be doing another oil change and change of plugs at 30k. For me its cheap insurance to change oil...

This was mine, but stopped and is holding boost. Damn file size if too large on my iphone, will have to reduce the file size then upload.

I have the same issue with my Turbo Smart Electric BOV, except its inconsistent. Right now it is holding boost, just not moving to blow off the boost when i let off. I just found one on sale and going to install a new one.

When did you last change the plugs? Sounds like had misfire for some time if piston is damaged. Also i would assume the liner is also damaged if piston also is. Hopefully you have warranty!

How much boost are you guys running on these larger turbos? My E50 tune is running 20psi, with upgraded turbos still at same PSI theoretically will make more power as it will be more efficient than the stock ones.

AMS Boost tubes with intake or do catless downpipes and will definitely hear the turbos.
