I got my 5* tune through Stage 3 Motorsports and the rep I usually talk to at Stage 3 told me the 5* warranty has paid out on at least a couple of blown engines. I got the warranty. It's relatively cheap in the grand scheme of things with a $75k truck with $10k+ of mods.
@Slow6 Maybe the way it's sitting.
Thanks man. I've been there and done that too, but it was in a Dodge that got stuck in my yard on wet grass haha.
I live in southern Utah right by Sand Hollow so that's usually where I go to play, but I do go to Moab a couple times a year. I haven't done...
Yeah same reasons I chose the Icons first too, I liked the aesthetic of the Camburg since it's dark grey but I really wanted that delta joint. Icon makes some nice gear. Hopefully they get them updated for the 2019 soon.
Yeah haha, the Icons were not defective or anything they just don't have provisions for the live valve position sensor that attaches to the UCA on the 2019. I didn't know there was a position sensor until I was taking the stock UCAs off. I talked to Icon and they said they're working on mounting...
Nice man. I had mine done Monday too, but mine are Camburgs. I had the Icons first but had to return them unfortunately.

Well I went out to the dunes and tried to wear in the Icons a little. I think maybe they were really stiff when I put them on and they just needed a little persuasion because the rear came down a bit and now I’m looking pretty close to level.

@Big Blue My Eibachs came direct from Eibach. I bought through Stage 3 Motorsports (they are fantastic btw, great guys over there) but the springs are drop-shipped from Eibach. I'm about to go bash the truck in the dunes a little and see if the leafs settle down at all. Will get some...
I don't carry anything in my bed right now and trying to keep the nose up a bit since I run a lot of fast desert stuff, so I did option 1 on the Icons and it gave it a good 1" lift, maybe a touch more, like 1.25". When the Fox race series comes out for the 2019 I'll be moving to those so this is...
I didn't take measurements. Was in a hurry so I just slapped them on. I installed the Eibachs about a week ago and it looked almost level to the naked eye but I could see a very tiny rake, maybe 1/4" higher in the rear. I put in the Icons on Sunday so they've been on for a day. I know they'll...
I'm already getting rub with the stock 35s just a wee tiny bit in the back inside of the front fender wells. Only on full lock turns with some compression. I don't think I'll be running 37s since the truck spends a lot of time offroad. I think there would be too much rubbing for me.
Ride is not bad. It didn't change much. I think it's a little stiffer at cruising ride height, so I do notice a little bit more of the small chop like gravel or uneven/broken pavement. Bigger stuff like large potholes I think it actually feels better than stock. I guess it's the progressive...
I installed my Eibach springs last week and idk man, it did not raise the front as much as I thought it would. Most people on here saying it was a little nose-high with Eibach coils but mine didn't even get level. It was still about 1/4" higher in the rear and now with Icon leaf pack installed...
I guess I get what you mean, I wouldn't like it if droves of people were moving to my area and causing issues. The reason I don't like going to Texas is the same as your reason why you don't want people moving there. I've been in Texas overnight 3 times and 3 out of 3 times something was stolen...
I mean I'm glad you like where you live and all, but there's no reason to be negative towards anyone because they don't want to live there. It's not a requirement for everyone to want to live in Texas man. Some people don't like the cold snowy North. Some people don't like the humid Southeast...
Well that’s not my only reason for judging the state, but it certainly didn’t help. It’s just not the place for me. I’m sure there’s plenty of good parts I haven’t seen just unfortunately have not had a good experience in Texas. Not saying it’s a bad place, I’m just saying I personally don’t...
Same happened to me. Bought mine in Houston, drove to San Antonio to sleep for the night and they stole the whole truck. Had it for 10 hours. Welcome to Texas. I won't set foot there again if at all possible.
I did my UCA install Thursday (Camburg) along with Eibach coils. Mine was the opposite with too much negative camber and some toe out. I drove the ~20 miles to the alignment shop and they couldn't fit it on their rack, so I made an appointment at a better alignment shop for Monday and drove the...
Installed my Icon leafs today and took a good look around at my rear shocks, no leaks there thankfully. I think it actually was a loose spare tire in my case since I don’t hear it anymore with the new leafs. Had to lower and raise the spare for the install and the noise went away.
What I did...
I mean I think it's cool that they did it and made it work, I wouldn't mind having that job myself. But for $60k plus your stock drivetrain no way. That gap would need to be double or triple that. Even a mild tune on a v6 Raptor is gonna close that gap a lot too. I'm hitting 4.8 0-60 in my truck...
