Found the cause for some clank sounds when hitting bumps and small potholes and it's the end links. Tapped with a rubber mallet and it seems to make a sound. I know there are some aftermarket options out there but is it really necessary to go that route or just go with new stock versions...

I've run different brand spares before but never different sizes. If you get a spare near when buy your main tires, you can rotate the spare in and prolong life of all 5. Not a must but just an option.

Yakima HD rack will probably clear. XtrusionOverland is another that can go cab height if specced.
