Thought we share a little teaser video from the Pre-run we did. We will make a full length clip of the Pre-run but for now here is some of the fun.

Never got the follow up with noted hazards and cautions. Was hoping to get these so people know where to slow down and not break stuff.
Also was hoping for some pics to share on the trails so people know where to get those fun shots.
I have the map file you sent me with your idea before I...
I updated my build thread with more images of the SVC setup.

Juiced4ever is working on a video of the PRE-run we just did so we will link the video here to show the suspension in action.
Sorry forgot I changed wheels and tires.
Fuel Trophy in gray and black right with BFG MT2 37's.
I went with fuel over method as they are 1.5 LB lighter in all the research I did. Why 1.5 is not a lot that is still less rotational mass that needs to be stop.
svc made a great kit. After two weeks of evening and weekends we were able to make the deadline of getting the rig done to hit the dirt. We still have some items to finish such as the visionX lights, power steering cooler, trans cooler and radio antenna. Basically all the finishing touches which...
MISC install parts.
Alpha 1 steering tie rods. Here is the truck missing any ability to steer. Just use the throttle right.
Here is the modified bed bolts for the rear bed cage. Only needed to modify 2 but I did all 4 for the mounting area just to have them done.
Installed new stainless break lines in the front and 1/2 of the rear. As I have a 2014 I need to find a salvage truck and take the hard lines off it for the axle. Ford does not sell 2 separate lines anymore for the rear axle.
Before the rear bed rack was in, the deaver plus 2's went in. Reason for plus 2's was I still need this truck to be a truck now and then so need good on road handling. Granted with how nuts I went with suspension that is a oxymoron but still need what I can get. Also finished bolting down the...
Front being done it was off to the rear bed system. This one requires a lot more work and some modifying. So this is not for the faint of heart. We were able to also get some images of the point of no return when we cut off the top of the shock mounts.
Tacked the new mounts in place and...
Front suspension all together. svc dual kit is 100% bolt up and easy enough for garage installs. You do have to drill a few holes and grind a few things down but beyond that, only bolts and no welding needed. Pic has the front oil can in the wrong spot. That was my goof and is fixed.
Header time. The un-install and install of headers are not horrible if you have a lift like I did but they are not easy. The obvious is it is a tight fit. Thanks to Str8fast on the forums and his ninja hands was able to get the headers in. There is a thread on how to install the Stainless Works...
Installing has begun. Tackeled a few of the easier items before moving to the headers. Upper control arms in, Rear bump stop, pinch welds smacked to be more pinched to fit 37's, section 1 of the exhaust out, and another upper shot.
Tear down begins. First item to install was the headers as that was going to be the biggest headache base on all the forum posts. As already mentioned above in a earlier post, had a issue but that is all resolved now.
Fenders off so we can access things easier as well as new fenders going...
Here is the truck getting ready for a gaggle of parts to be installed. And notice in image 2 it is going for longest air time. Just ignore the arms holding it. Fly truck fly.
Please keep in mind I was hoping to document more of the build as this was being done at a home garage but circumstances...
From my call to SW they said used the supplied liquid gasket and only use a small amount around the opening. I used that and the supplied bolts. So far no leaks that I can tell.
Only thing I wish the SVC kit has was a new spindle. But the stock one works for now or until something happens and I get a gusseted one.
There is Ghost town coming up if you can make that weekend and if not we have more runs. Also Poker Run 2 in July most likely.
