To be clear, ROC is not the ones doing the exchange anymore. Forged offroad took it over.
So if there issues with exchanges it is not ROC. We only started the whole DIY movement and the exchange program but because of time needed to run it, was given to Forge. However we are still doing shocks...
ROC became a CBR dealer. i will have prices on their cooler with fans shortly. Same setup I have had for 2 years and been rock solid. Highest temp I have had is 207 when climbing grades at speed offroad.
which seal kit did you buy? All the upgraded ones other than FOX have a larger seal ring so that is not needed. It is just a spacer and you could "re use it" if you needed to.
Viaton seal kits like from shockseals.com offer better seals than OE Fox.
LOTS OF HEAT. you have to break the bond of the blue lock tight. Then you have to use a clamp and or large lock jaws with towel in order to spin the body.
Is there a reason you are taking it apart? If they are not leaking there most people leave them alone.
We can if there is a agreement. Nothing has been printed yet.
This is a BLM permit event. Most of the area is BLM and Forest Service hence 300 plus miles of trails.
As for trailer rental there is nothing close. You would have to pick up and drive it in. ROC fest is the only BLM event we have...
Wyoming Trail Days - August 4-6
Wyoming Trail Days, or WTD, was an idea of some local pre-runner owners to do a ROC Fest style jamboree camp out in the heart of the country. This event is a three day event with a focus on having fun, exploring the sights of the region, and starting an annual...
I have not had chance to add the audio yet. Item 1001 on my todo list.
Uhh he is not the one the started it, I did. Patrick need to tell me something>
The exchange program is now run by Forged Offroad who can take care of any shock out there. Forged Offroad – We Rebuild Shocks – Specializing...
I kind assumed playing in mud only but figured I ask. Hit them up to post events.
As I find more I will let them know. See if we can get a huge group from over there to caravan to a event or tow.
I posted all the ROC events to the east coast FB groups I could find. Seeing if we can get some big caravans out.
Not sure what prerunner type group out there I can find to get others to join that are I know not Raptor but just as capable to run.
I went from SVC to 5 star. 5 star was able to address issues I was having. Completed a 1600 mile run and no issues.
Anyone heard of SSI Performance?

That is your call for such a long trip. Pony express and Mammoth are 3 days where dirt days is 2.
ROC Fest is also 4-3 days depending on when you arrive.
Ping the East of Mississippi owners to make one big group out west. Use the FB groups as well.
