Strange. On my factory 3.0 I had 1 to 2 ratio, meaning 3/8 of threads was 3/4 of lift. That said I installed with Deaver 3s.

I have 3/4" lift with my 3.0s, and while I"m running the D load 37s, I had to bend the pinch weld and also had some minor trimming of plastic on the fender flares with a flap disc. No rubbing now at full compression

i installed mid flaps and still my original idea got beat up a bit. Without mid flaps the whole rear end of the truck just gets thrashed with sprayed rocks. This is particularly bad if going uphill in 4wd at speed. The mid flaps I made by attaching to the rear mount for the running boards.

Yes they work at speed and yes I really like the 3.0s. I’ve written here about them before but better cooling and more support make them worth it for me. It’s a dangerous game though as now I want a bypass rack haha

Also it’s not pictured but I actually use L track to secure a Jack and one tie down point for a tire. The other two tire tie downs are off the KHC bed supports. L track is sweet because it sits below the height of the bed, in the bed floor grooves. So you can run stuff on top and not gouge it...

L track works well to create tie down points on the bed floor. I use cheap pelican style cases for tools, compressor and recovery gear, that I put up against bed, with one tie down over the top and one across the back. I made a little tray for this set up and it stays secure and out of the way
