There are still people that ordered in late July that haven't received a VIN or build date yet. I would hate to have to order a Raptor with the mindset that it will be here at a certain point. If you want one in April, might want to start looking to order soon.
Big shoutout to 03'Darin for all of the info in this thread. Nice to see that they are starting to ship. I'm very much looking forward to seeing them hit the dealer lots.
Actually, the monthly payment is sucked out of her paycheck every 2 weeks. She's not a fan of that and I really don't need to hear about it from her on how much my truck cost.
The location being inconvenient is mostly for those times when you are setting up the loan. Not really a major...
After much searching and reading several recommendations of people who said the Husky X-act's are far better than the Weathertech, I decided to pull the trigger on the X-act Contour. I found a deal and got the front and back for just under $195 shipped. While the factory mats look pretty good...
I prefer to park far away from most other cars and really don't have much of a use for the auto folding mirrors. I can count on one hand how many times I've used them on my current truck.
I know they aren't here. Just saying that they have them on order as dealer stock. You can see the window sticker with the build date and most of them were probably built just last week.
Don't know if anyone has noticed but several of the dealerships near me are showing Dealer Ordered Raptors if you search dealer inventory on Ford.com and narrow the field by model Raptor. I'm not sure if these were ordered as dealer stock for customers or if the dealerships have them ordered to...
I've looked at the Ford Accessories web page and part# FL3Z-9927886-D does not list Raptor as excluded like it did for the 2010-2014 model version. I have sent a message to FordPerformance asking for clarification on if they fit or not.
My dealer said he had financing in the 2's and I plan on using his company or Ford Credit. If I don't like the rate, I can refinance afterwards. We are using a credit union now through my wife's work and it's a little more of a hassle because the location is inconvenient.
Long list now showing for me in ETIS. Window sticker shows build date of 10/18. ETIS shows build date of 10/19. Took a few days after the build date showing in ETIS before the long list showed up. Hoping this is more proof of progression to getting it on the truck or train down.
