May be your vacuum check valve starting to fail. Check under the hood it’s on the fire wall by your brake fluid reservoir and if you have the black one(blue is the new one and part# below)on the right they fail. It’s all of $9 that’s where I would start. Buy a spare for the trail.

Stock shocks will most likely be your full droop stopper! Most aftermarket shocks have additional travel.
I would check myself, rather be safe:

Either way you will have to trim some of the inner fender. All depends on how you use the truck. That’s my only hang up on 37’s I don’t want to damage my fenders. I’m hesitant to jump at replacing bedside and fenders as I want the finished product to be perfect.

I would have them switch back to setting two unless you carry 500lbs + all the time. The ride height won’t change much. Setting two has me at 43.5” with 300 lb constant load.
If going 37” get the Geiser springs but you will still hit the fenders if you jump your truck.

Those spacers increase droop and changes your bump travel. Can also lead to increased wear and CV joints possibly tear the boots.

For regular pick up with standard suspension.
That’s why most reputable raptor performance shops like RPG, SVC, Camburg, Icon etc use collars or different rate springs like Geiser and Eibach.

The front of your truck is at 42 5/8” and rear at 41 1/2”, assuming fairly level ground.
That’s pretty tall all around if your on level ground and really high in the front for a stock vehicle. Stock rear is usually right at 41” and front 39” from the trucks I have seen.

The deavers I have are +2HD so stock height and heavy duty made for a constant 350 lb load. With the load and my 24’ Yamaha boat it dropped the rear about 3/4” when towing and a 500lb tongue weight.
I have the icons set in setting 2 and have not towed with them yet but it lifted my truck 2”...
As others have said it’s your full fuel tank. I measure my truck constantly to see if my rear springs have broken in.
Stock leafs will easily sag that much with a full fuel tank.
