WTB Currie F9 or other fab axle

Have a buddy that wants my stock axle to do a Raptor swap and figured I’d look for an aftermarket one at a good price.

GEN 1 Rubbing on 35s with stock wheels

To try to give some other insight, if your IWE system is starting to experience a vacuum failure, it will sound exactly like tire rub. I was getting the exact same symptom and occasionally in tight turns in parking lots I’d get a sound that was exactly like tire rub. Couldn’t see any point of...

WTB: Gen 1 aftermarket tie rods

Want to try to find a used set of aftermarket tie rods for my Gen 1. I have no brand preference

    Convince Me...

If you can afford a $60k truck who cares about fuel economy. And if both are crew cabs, what makes a raptor any less family oriented?

    Hello from Georgia

Looks good! Already has 3.0’s too! Get some aftermarket leaf springs if it doesn’t have them already and that thing will ride like a dream.

Fiberglass fenders too wide for daily use?

Found a good deal on a full gen 2 one piece front clip and bedsides (I have a gen 1) and am considering it so I can run 37’s, but want to hear from owners with similar extended fenders as to the daily usability. I don’t care how wide it feels, more about if it will even fit most places. I have...

Sold - SVC Baja Front Bumper + Rigid 30” E Series

Up for sale is my brand new Gen 1 SVC Baja front bumper. It was never installed on my truck as I decided to keep my current bumper and run a winch. It’s powder coated black and has the black powder coated skid plate. Made to fit a 30” light bar. I paid $1400 + tax and shipping and it took over a...

Fox Bump Stop + 3.0 Live Valve shocks + Deaver Spring Set up

Would be interesting to see data on the stock 3.0 vs the factory series 3.0 as far as damping and valving

    Coating for leafsprings - Icon/Deaver

You can also simply paint them. Make them look new and keep them from rusting at the same time

    Need a quality leveling kit

I second the vote for Geisers, if you’re doing any off-road driving. They should also ride softer on the street than eibach and feel smoother

2018 Ford Raptor - Too Good To be True?

Carfax isn’t everything; I hit 2 donkeys in my raptor and half of the body panels needed to be replaced, but the paint and bodywork looks exactly as it left the factory. However if airbags deployed, forget it

Already starting on the Texas mod list!

    Installed Deavers and Camburg Shackles

Nice! Just installed Icon leaf springs with the Camburg extended. There’s really no point going with the more expensive TIG shackles unless you’re just itching to spend more money on a fancier product. One thing to note is that my rear is sitting extremely high with the RXT springs on the stock...

    Bi-Polar Raptor

Failing ball joints would not usually cause any jittering of the truck, but would give a very unsettled feeling when performing a maneuver that changes load on the suspension and possibly vibration under hard braking. Try swapping your tires around and see if the problem changes. A lot of BFG’s...

    Torsen Differential

Trucks are extremely expensive now, but a dealer is most likely not the most cost effective way to go. These trucks are also extremely reliable and if you get a well taken care of privately owned truck, you’d never know it had an extra 25 or 30k miles and it could save you $10k.

    Deaver powdercoating

I just bought a set of Icon RXT leaves and UPS scratched the living hell out of them. Just paint them when they arrive and periodically mask off and hit them again to keep them fresh. Massive difference by the way
