A sure way of knowing where to cut is from the smaller hole. I used that as my reference.

Fyi, that hole in the pic is where the bolt is going into. So make sure you cut in front of that hole and not in it. 4" from aft-end of the frame horns. 2" up from the bottom and 45 degree cut.
