My leadfoot SCREW should be here any day. I'm trying to line someone up to wrap it. What should I expect to pay?

Just received the VIN for my SCREW! I'm told production in Oct. Not sure what all the dates on the paperwork mean, though. Had to go with standard wheels to avoid delay.
