Don’t know what a ‘22 is supposed to come with. My ‘18 came with a sticker kit.
I put a sticker on my 16’ open trailer. It worked when I was backing on a flat surface but not when backing on uneven ground.
Since much of my use involves uneven ground, backup assist didn’t work for me...
Plenty of pinstriping on my 2018, even with a full xpel wrap. None of the pinstripes have gone completely through the film, though some are deep enough into the film that they don’t disappear when left in the sun.
Sorry to hear. Happened to me at the Courtyard by Marriott SAT.
Check to see if your horn works. One of the first things that they teach young scoundrels is to pop the horn wire connector, passenger side behind the grill. No horn means no alarm.
I’m guessing that these thieves have their own...
Do some trouble shooting first. Put your spare on the front left. If the sound is gone, it’s the tire. If the sound is still there, it is something mechanical…possibly a wheel bearing…possibly something else.
Ask to see maintenance records. Oil change intervals, filters (oil, intake, cabin), etc. How old are the tires and how much tread is left?
How many after market parts and tunes are on the truck? These can void warranties.
Is it lifted? Do the original parts come with the vehicle? Was the...
First off I love my Gen 2 Raptor.
My opinion is that pinnacle SUV models of the “luxury” brands have better tech, far better audio, and superior headlights than the Raptor. I’ve owned Volvo XC90’s since 2004. To me they are far better DD’s, especially in an urban area.
I’m in the Raptor six...
The “not round”, “hard to balance” issues happened in the early days of Raptor KO2’s also.
Personally I’m on set three and have had good luck. I do replace them at around 30k due to living off pavement 6 months a year on very rough/rocky roads. I also use balance beads, which I’m happy with.
I’ve got the Ravelco unit mounted under the dash above the gas pedal. It’s a small pain and pi$$es me off that there are butt holes looking to steal what I have. That’s another topic.
The Ravelco gives me some peace of mind. Same with the console safe.
Neither will keep the BH’s from breaking in.
The upfitter wires on my gen 2 are tiny. Some of them are like 20 gauge or smaller.
I soldered 14 gauge to each of them and the pass through wires, to make them easier to work with.
I attached the lengthened wires to Deutsch 6 plug connectors.
Now all of the wires are plug and play.
Consider soldering wire extensions to the upfitter wires. It’ll make your life easier down the road. Maybe a foot or so of 14 AWG stranded wire to each.
