    got the mid perch done today at the dealership, talked with the service manager before I did it and he mentioned "technically" it can void some warranty but he has never had a problem getting any work done.

    I am running the exact same set up, do you need a complete seal? A lot of guys are running without a lid at all, not sure of all the advantages of having a sealed lid.
