Didn't think you were ready to release that yet so I wasn't going to say anything but yes this is definitely the solution. Here is what to look for in the data log.

Here is one I did on e85 in 2019. E85 was 180 hp over stock and 80 over 93 tune. I did his brothers Expedition with the exact same mods even down to the brand and picked up over 200 wheel horsepower thanks to the extra half a point of compression the none ho has.
Now in terms of longevity...
I don't see many customers running raptors but I've seen 12.1 on draggy with e85, intercooler and intake. Under 4k in mods, under 3 if you do it on the cheap.
Just be careful the dodge guys very offended! I tuned an explorer st that beat a track hawk and they lost their minds with excuses...
Nope not it is tuned correctly (don't get me wrong it takes some good tuning) but generally speaking 1000cc are good to go. The 1000cc and 1050x are very well behaved.

Been there before! I've been to TEEX a few times. I used to travel to the Huston and port Arthur area a bunch for my day job, but haven't been there since a few months before covid.
It's not bad, 2 hour job just need to take the intake manifold off and there are right there. I have a guy/shop...
Grab an injector upgrade and we can do 91 93 and e85 tunes for ya. That rmb motor should be able to take everything we can throw at it, we just can't get too carried away on the actual boost pressure with the stock valve springs.
What part of Texas are you in?

Your peak torque looks a little late ( could be just what RPM Mike tipped in at) you power is on par with what I would expect on 93, hard to say for sure without a stock baseline because raptors seem to dyno all over the place. On e85 we would be looking to keep the torque low (550 wheel) and...
If you are doing bigger turbos and don't mind a little longer install I recommend doing the port fuel injector upgrade. The cost difference just didn't out weigh the benefits. For FIC 1000cc port fuel injectors you are looking at $655 vs $2500 for the hpfp-60. Also because the the Gen 2 uses a...
Not on pump gas no, the pervious tuner didn't adjust the blend table for di/pi and was running way too rich, so it looked like fuel system was struggling but it wasn't. If you are staying on pump gas you shouldn't need to upgrade anything fuel system wise. The power drop off was also tune...
Thanks for the great review! The cr performance turbos are game changes for sure! In case anyone didn't see yet the EcoBoost 1/4 mile record was reset this week with a set of crp stage 4s on board! If you are on the fence they are definitely worth it with right tuning even on 93 octane although...
Put some crp stage 4s to work last night and broke the f150 ecoboost 1/4 record (my tuning not my truck). These things are the real deal with the combo of parts, fuel and tuning.

You guys need to stop worrying about E85 affecting your engines negatively modern materials are compatible with E85. I have gen 2 3.5l with 75k plus miles on e85 with no issues.
496 whp on 93 octane is pretty good depending on the baseline.

If you can ditch a lot of rotating Mass, you can run the 3.1x-3.2x.
Case and point
4x4 xlt on stock turbos. Definitely lighter than a raptor by a little, geared better etc etc. Just an example of how a different the setup can play into the times. This truck was a touch under 600 whp on...
Yeah it'll make 1000 one day soon.
It's gonna be way up there by the time is all said and done. You need to do the trans too, big turbo kit (stock frame turbos are just too small) would be silly not to do the heads too. I wouldn't even want to take stab at the number other than say between 20...
I hate to be a Debbie downer here yeah the short block is only 6000 and will support 1000 whp but if you just swap that in and leave everything else alone your not going to make any more hp than you would stock. And even with a $6000 short block you still have to assemble the long block, and...
Not really, you can't use those turbos. They are large frame turbos with a totally different manifold and the turbos like 2 or 3k each. Not worth it at all. There are also a lot of motor difference, dry sump and things like the intake manifold and exhaust manifolds are all geared for top end...
