The brake lines don't need to be split- you cut slots in the factory bracket to remove them and the new bracket has slots built into it. I personally have had mine in for about 8k miles with no issues and it has spent some hard time offroad. I grease the slider every 3k or so unless the truck...
So cool to see people inquiring about the torque arm. Thanks to Offroad Alliance (Ford Raptor Lights) for believing in the concept !!! Its a new and different idea to cure 95% of axle wrap with the last 5% allowing for some flexibility for 0 bind during suspension travel. I was inspired by...
Thanks!! install is pretty simple and can be done in the driveway. The axle brace just bolts on and the upper frame mount needs 4 holes drilled in the crossmember then gets bolted in- just need to fish the nut plates in through the side. Minor trimming of the abs line holder on the axle and...
I see we have some people about the torque arm. Nice. And I do appreciate all the feedback from people. Just so everyone knows my truck and designs are tested all around the country and are originated from my experiences along with other products on the market. I may design them here on the...
Been a little while since we posted on here. We have been very busy working on new parts to bring to the Raptor community. Here is one of them. Our high clearance tailpipe kit. This kit replaces your factory tailpipes with all new 3 in 304 stainless CNC bent high mount tailpipes that are...
I wouldnt mess with the pressure settings. Your results will be minimal. Valving in the shock is what sets the dampening the pressure compresses the fluid to keep foaming and fade to a minimum. Try opening the compression bypasses all the way and work from there. For street driving unloaded...
Its the throttle blade rattling in the throttle body (opening and closing). We have had a couple that do this. Gets worse with an intake. Pull the air cleaner out while its running to confirm. You can feel it also on the throttle body
Here is a strap kit I put together for a build we are working on. Keep in mind this is a long travel set up that needs limiting. Rear frame brackets bolt on to factory holes and tabs weld to the rear axle. For the front its a bolt on frame bracket that mounts an adjustable clevis mount- the...
Threw together some dump tail pipes for the gen 2 to work with the dovetail rear bumper. Dumps right before the bumper so you cant see them from the rear.
Leveling kits that space the shock assembly down are no good for the raptors. The cv axles are at their max travel at full droop in stock set up. Those types of spacers will allow the suspension to travel to far and bind the cvs and tear the boots. On regular f150s they are fine but not on...
The factory shocks are super soft on the gen 2 and spring rates are light making them kinda floaty on the highway. The shorter super cab are not the greatest at high speeds on the highway. better rear springs help big time. Sounds like the alignment could be slighty off (toe). Probly worth...
Probly around 90-100. 25-30% lose thru drive train. Intakes wont give you much in hp numbers. 0-5 hp is what I see on the dyno lol. They do give you efficiency with air flow allowing the engine to run more efficient. You always have to remember with dyno numbers they are taking at WOT and...
Picked up 18 at the wheels on my dyno. Bone stock on my dyno is about 335 to the wheels. With mpt tune, spd adapters and S&B intake it makes 396-403.
All the tunes I have tested make around the same power with the adapters. Adding down pipes got a 5-10 hp increase.
