Got the truck back yesterday. The o2 sensor had melted to the manifold which they replaced at no cost my guess is when the were fixing the valve cover leak they didn’t properly secure the wire/sensor
They’ve not given up, but it’s now gonna sit till they can figure it out, so could be several days(I hope not longer)till they dig into it further. Just wasn’t sure if this was something that had been seen before with all these codes being thrown at once.
Had the Raptor in for leaky valve cover a few weeks ago. Over the weekend the CEL light came on and when I checked the codes it came back w/ several, "p0010 p0013 p0020 p0023 p0135 p0155 p0161 p0443 p0446 p2418" when cleared, the CEL light returns after startup w/ same codes. Took it to...

He's done several door handles for my trucks & also installed a Ravelco https://www.ravelco.com/ on my Raptor. You're almost guaranteed to get broken into here...
Six weeks later the truck is finally in to the dealership. A typical transmission leak was not found, it appears the fluid is coming out of the breather and is a mix of transmission fluid and coolant. They believe the transmission cooler ruptured causing the fluids to mix, transmission fills...
First off, appreciate your direct past help to me and others here on this forum.
By "tuner friendly" I meant they'll actually work on my truck when I've told them its tuned... I've had some dealers in the past refuse to touch my diesel trucks that I've deleted/tuned, and others who would work...
notes: 2018, MPT 93perf tune, 37BFGs, 53k miles, I have extended ford factory warranty
Have never had any transmission/shifting issues until last night. I was driving on the interstate ~70mph & went to pass a vehicle and vehicle shifted from 10 down to 8 and it was like the clutch was...
I had same issue, posted this in a different thread but I bought 5/16"-18 U-nuts from Lowes, Hillman 0823671640
For the outermost screw on either side, I had to drill the hole out bigger, cut the U-nut in half. It is purely cosmetic now. All the other holes I was able to use the U-nut.
I can...
Circling back on above post... for my ADD Stealth front bumper the correct size U-nut was 5/16"-18

figured out the issue. I had my APIM module changed (via forscan) to allow Nav inputs while driving. This is done by changing the as built region (to the UK), which changes the languages. this also disables its ability to dial 911 should the airbags deploy.
So I did the install yesterday and now my language is English (UK) with no option for US, but the mapping/gps and everything else seems to be working properly
Pat86B - what language options do you see?
here’s mine:
in for cam phasers for 2nd time @ 35k miles. Had replaced w/ previous "C" part number back in sep 19 @ 27k miles. Got the rattle back after 5k miles.
Hope this new "CD" part fixes the issue
