at least in the superduty this code seems to pop from coils going bad and arching. have you checked them for any damage or arching?
the coils and top plugs arent a hard job. the lower plugs can be annoying if you dont have the correct swivels. ive seen quotes of 400+ for just doing plugs.

i do have the specs of the cams now. another member has measured them and provided them to me.
On a side note i did get a response from Livernois today. they apologized for the lack of followup here. i have called them and spoke with Chris who is trying to help me.
Livernois will not give you the cam specs. They will only say its proprietary. I was given the cam specs by someone else who bought them and measured them before install.
the tuner i have been using had great success with the headers and retune. Truck gained 60 whp and 40wtq with those and a retune. But he will admit that this is his first time trying to tune a 6.2 with cam and head swap. maybe i just need to find another tuner that has more experience with these...
i just picked up a short block to build with forged internals to run a whipple. i think im going to skip using these heads in the build. i did try reaching out to another big tuner in my area to see if they can take a look as well. waiting to hear back to see what they have to say.
The truck runs fine and tows fine. But still not happy with the numbers. Honestly if I could do over again I wouldn't bother with the cams/heads. Ben I can try repulling the tune and see if there is a difference.

i got the melling high performance pump from rock auto for 475 using the 5% discount. Its a billet housing and the upgraded gear. It came with 2 springs one for stock pressure and one that is 10psi higher.
It is HP Tuners. I will look into pulling the tune.
I called them twice. First time was told they would check with their tuners.
