stock shackles are a bit weak, longer shackles are debatable
if you do UCAs and no slot delete then you’re missing the ability to do alignment with them and delete the alignment slots in the LCAs that can slip off road
just my opinion but 20s, not the raptor character besides your stock wheels are plenty cool
probably a collar level will fit your direction however part of the raptor idea is lots of suspension travel without gratuitous height that would hurt centre of gravity

if ford told you then maybe they should do an alignment under warranty
otherwise there are slot delete alignment kits available so your alignment will be more solid
this may have been mentioned but when you do your suspension and likely raise the front a couple of inches the stock UCA
is in a vulnerable position being at height that stresses the ball joint
