With the Eibach 1” and the 9x12 17’s I have zero rub. Very happy with the set up! Good luck with your search, this is all part of the fun!
Here’s a 37 with the 1” Eibachs and 37x13.5 Yokohama x-at’s on 9 x 12 offset. I think it’s the perfect stance. Ride is like stock, can’t really tell a difference

I’m tried the 8.5 +0 , started rubbing driver’s side
I’ve finally found my stance, on 17x9 +12. Perfect.
I forgot to mention, I installed the Eibach 1” front springs to try to make the 8.5 x 0 work, but was not successful. (Btw, huge shoutout to Neo Garage for fantastic customer service!)
Previously I had Fuel Coverts in a 9 +20 offset with the same Yokohama 37 x 13.5’s (in an 18) with no issues...
With the fifteen52’s (8.5 x 0 offset) I was experiencing a slight drivers side rub. This was due to my tire selection, Yokohama x-at 37 x 13.5
As demonstrated by others, these wheels work with the factory 37’s (slightly smaller than the Yokohama’s in radius and width)
