Correct on the flashing. Goes from picture to black with some white lines, very quickly, and just gets worse. Your reason for analog makes sense. I will have to get some time to check out the wires, and there should be no mods since it is all factory under there. This morning...worked perfect
2011 SCREW - Back up camera was out when I bought the truck over a year ago so I replaced it with a used one off ebay. Camera worked awesome until about a week ago. The screen flashes the picture, and will eventually get worse and worse. Last night I disconnected it from under the truck to make...
Learned my lesson. I am not in a cold super foggy area (Nashville, TN), so I was just really looking for something to give me some extra low line visibility, and light of the lines when it is foggy. If I am somewhere with no light at all I can get some extra light. I am going to take them apart...
Few months later, and we had a good amount of rain in the last few weeks. I noticed that the 2 pods on my driver side have condensation in them. Clearly it states they are water resistant so I email the seller. He tells me to ship them back, and when they get them another set will be sent. They...
Finally got my lights fully installed. They have Philips LEDs in them, brackets fit like the expensive ones (from what I can see online). I am sure the higher end lights are a more direct beam for further distance lighting, but these are pretty good I would say! Like I said, I am sure there are...
Definitely did the same research, and I was not going to part with that much money. Mine won't be hitting any trails either so have to keep that in mind. I found some lights on ebay that were about $160, and seem like high quality equipment including Phillips lights. I will PM you a link to what...
Thanks guys. I ended up finding some on eBay that have Phillips bulbs, and look to be high quality for $160. They have the bracket and 4 3x3" pods. I will post feedback at the first of the year if you would like. I just need them for daily fogs, not offroad.
Looked at those and tire converter says 35.4, but from everything I have read the BFGs run pretty short. Quick search brought me to a Jeep forum where they at 32psi and measured 34".
Wheels are 20" so I can't do BFGs, and that is the big problem :(. Unless someone can source me some 17" NVs and 37" BFGs for under $2k haha
Truck won't ever be jumped.
Thank you for the info. I read a good bit on how to and where to trim as well. Being honest I am not sure that it will ever see offroad while I own it. Not really anywhere to do it around here, and the most work I make it do is tow my boat around.
Before I get drilled with the link I read almost the entire 37" BFG ATs thread, and didn't want 37's until reading that!
When I had a BMW there was a lot of help with what would fit, or wouldn't it so I thought I may try here for people that have tested or have the knowledge.
I want...
Anyone want to trade some black Method NV with 37s for some 20" Motos on 35" Toyo A/T!!! Just spend over an hour going through this thread, and I want this bad.
Hello All. I have had my truck for about 6 months now, and I am ready for some fog lights. I have found a few I like, but my goodness are all of them really over $300 with the bracket?
Are there any good fogs out there at $200ish or under including the bracket? I like the 2 and 3 pod style...
