The Roush tuning leaves a lot to be desired, but because i didn't know any better i was perfectly happy with it. Unfortunately i got the opportunity to drive the Shelby Raptor at TRR and that opened my eyes. My suspension is somewhat like theirs but with more capability but my motor was severely...
i was going to order the pulley but i was informed that i would have to use the same belt. They say for most people that will work great but for me it wont due to me having already thrown a belt at TRR. Rapid hard on and off throttle use with rapid steering movements will throw a new and tight...
I ordered an upgraded intercooler for my Roush setup, along with a new throttle body, iridium spark plugs, and a tune from JDM
2010-2014 Ford Raptor/F150 Afco Heat Exchanger With Fans - JDM Engineering
Just placed an order for the intercooler upgrade with the dual fans, throttle body, plugs and a tune for my Roush stage 2 setup. Now the wait begins for sweetness to arrive!

My Rogue Racing stage 4 front and Cantilever rear worked as designed, great ride over the silly stuff with no issues. I rode in a newly installed 3.0 equipped truck and his ride was bone jarring compared to mine.
i decided to finish up insulating the Scarlet, i dropped the headliner and added some Fatmat to the roof then added a layer of sound deadening material to it and another to the back of the headliner. All the hollow channels were filled with expanding foam for added noise suppression. The results...
No not yet, i am thinking of doing it this weekend. I also want to do the inside of the center pillars. Thats where i'm hearing the remaining road noise.
