Oil leak saga continues......dealer can't get the parts to fix the truck and Ford has been zero help....No ETA on whats needed and truck sits on the lift....excuses from both dealer and Ford are just laughable....

Update: Truck still in service going on a week now.....engine is leaking from 2 different spots, the lower pan is leaking again and somewhere towards the front of the engine....another seal issue....He showed me and told me yesterday but I forgot what he said but will post when I speak to him...

Sorry but that's a pretty dumb statement....Yea I'm sure most Raptor owners change their own oil....rolleyes...really My neighbor owns a shop....he takes my truck, does the oil, and brings it back.....very easy for me....

That's how mine was fixed......my shop told me the leak was coming from the upper oil pan, not the lower.....the upper was not leaking last year and thus not fixed.....not sure how many others have had an upper issue.....most if not all the problems posted have been with the bigger lower pan.....

Almost a year old.....23K miles......spouted another leak....got the oil changed last week and the shop said it was leaking oil from the upper pan. Very slow. The Raptor is not normal for a lot of companies....their trucks are not big enough to ship it....throwing names out like Horseless Carriage, Reliable, Intercity, etc will do you no good I was going to buy a truck in the Midwest and only company I found that would ship the truck was Alpine...
