My passenger side mirror does this and it drives me crazy. I only seem to notice when I'm backing or turning left and need the pass. side mirror that instant!
Even though SSM 49217 doesn't mention 2013 trucks, this would still apply?
EDIT: I apologize as I just realized this is the GEN 2 forum.
I'm looking to buy a single 2019-2020 beadlock capable wheel to match the other 4 I already have on my Gen 1. I'm located in Phoenix, AZ. Please post here or send me a pm.
Thanks in advance.
Welcome! I'm also in Phoenix AZ and driving a Gen 1 I've owned for 8yrs. Any chance you were active in the Jeep community in AZ? I used to have a built TJ and your username looks familiar.
Even better that its and Ingot Silver SuperCrew! Looks excellent. Thanks for the pic.
What is your suspension set up? I'm on mid perch, but your looks a bit taller in the front than mine.
Just so I understand, this setup requires I re-use my stock Gen 1 springs and top mounts for a mid-perch ride height? Very cool design btw. Great work on this.
I'm in a bit of a dilema. I ordered a set of the +3 Eibach's and was told by the vendor that they would be at my house in 3 days. My stock Fox's were toast and in need of rebuild and I planned to have the shocks rebuilt, the perch set back to low from mid, and run the new Eibach's. I was told...
I just picked my truck up yesterday from Foutz Motorsports. They did the rebuild on all 4 stock Fox shocks and I could not be happier. I got to walk around the shop and see some of their fab work and it was impressive to say the least. If I was considering some custom work, Foutz...
I posted in that thread for visibility. I've decided to go the rebuild route, so I won't be buying these but I hope it helps someone. It is intriguing for sure.
In addition to there being variation between SCAB / SCREW models are there any differences between model years, say 2010 and 2014? Just found these shocks for a 2010 and they are cheaper:

I have a 2013 Screw in need of shocks
I apologize as my post was confusing. Those two shocks I linked have a $9 price difference. In looking at the BL3Z-18124-J shocks on Rock Auto, they are 363.79 which is close to a $70 difference.
My question is, what is the difference in part #'s between ASH-501- / AL3Z18124TA and...
I had my rack replaced at 40K because it was leaking. I used the Motorcraft remanufactured rack, had a small mom and pop auto service place install it, and then upgraded the power steering reservoir to one with a filter and new fluid myself.

I am looking at buying new FOX Shock for my Gen 1 Crew Cab. I have done a ton of research and I thought I had the correct part numbers:
Crew Cab Front Shocks - FOX
BL3Z-18124-J front
Crew Cab Rear Shocks - FOX
BL3Z-18125-K rear
In searching this morning, I found these:
Shock Absorber...
Thank you for this review. I am in the same spot and after a DIY oil change today, my passenger shock is leaking bad. I have met Greg Foutz on an AZRR trip (as a passenger) and he was a cool dude. I will be going there. SDHQ used to be a great shop, 10 years ago when I had a Jeep anyways...I...
