There have been a few people who had those issues. He is correct. I had my dealer double check trans fluid level, cooler and anything else they could think of and they happily did so.

I use spotify and XM radio regularly. Have not had this issue yet. I also have my phone in a A/C vent holder or in the cup holder next to the shifter. So my phone is not too far away from the Ottocast which is plugged into the USB in the sliding console in front of the shifter.

So far I have had no issues.

Installed the Ottocast and very easy to use, works flawlessly! very happy with this module for the wireless carplay

Whenever this stuff happens intermittently, try and capture video (safely) to show exactly what is going on.
