Got the truck back, all fixed. It took Ford and Apple support to figure it out. I am still unsure what caused the issues and what exactly they did.

there is a setting for startup in quiet mode. I think there should also be a toggle in the same section for startup in R mode if one chooses.

yep! Wish it would just start each time in R mode (users saved settings).

Try this.... Choose your settings first. exhaust, suspension, steering. Then press the R button once to bring up the screen. Then hold the R button until it saves the settings. Once saved, you press the R button to bring up all your preset settings. Must press after you start the truck...
