Hahahaha....thanks man. I gotta tell you...I’m super happy with the cover. Having the ability to both strap stuff on the rhino-rack and put my bikes up there without having to use a hitch mount (which gets in the way of the tailgate) I great.
Absolutely. I actually like that over my old cover. My wife is pretty happy that she can use the key fob to open the back too.
Plus it lets me do stuff like this.....added some rigid ignite lights to the bed-cover rack
Problem is that I have the factory tension rod that is inside the tailgate itself. Don’t think this is a part of that. If you google “Ford F150 popping sound tailgate” you’ll see what I mean. See plenty of people talk about replacing them but haven’t seen anyone mention how to eliminate it...
I’m going through these things like it’s nobody’s business. They’re just plain crap. Google “Ford F-150 tailgate popping sound” and you’ll see what I mean.
Honestly would just rather get rid of it altogether and install a Dee Zee hydraulic tailgate assist instead. I’ve had it before and it’s...
Thanks!! Weighs in right around 6,000 lbs
Yeah unfortunately the whole flying the drone while driving isn’t very easy. That’s video I took of our buddy pulling his Airstream with his Platinum edition F150.

I was going to mention that in my last post. A friend of mine was one of the people that initially posted the picture of him (actively doing that) asking people to identify him. I guess I have to give the guy credit though. He gave a pretty sincere apology:

We actually had a Equalizer brand hitch on our previous airstream and it was horrible. Most WDH's are messy and not very user friendly. With the Blue Ox grease is inside the unit. Plus, it's not noisy like the previous hitch was.
Would love to see pics of the setup if you can post some.
Thanks man. That's outside of Death Valley National Park

Thanks Eddie
Yeah, some of it isn’t 4K and figured 1080 was good enough. You might enjoy how I got the video of the plane too. Click https://instagram.com/p/Bdg_u6tDRLt/ and swipe to see what I mean. What you can’t see in the video, you can see in the photo taken at the same time (see copilot).

On average we spend about 2 weeks a month or more in it. It's a great setup for us because no matter where we go and/or how remote the area is, out accommodations never change. We run solar and I have the ability to shuttle water back from town if we need to so we can be out for long periods...
That’s correct. You do have to have some pressure in the shocks. I always have some stuff in the bed and at 150 lbs, having the shocks on there, when not towing, is unnoticeable.

That’s a great question. I think I might have mentioned it here somewhere, but if not......
There is absolutely no problem in leaving them on the truck. I thought the ride would be really stiff, but airing them down to about 150 lbs yields a ride that’s really not much different than the ride...
Thanks man [emoji1360]
Should run you between $125-$150 per wheel

That’s great! Post some pics here when you get that on there.
Also, did the install with my wife and it was pretty...
I had the fold-a-cover on my gen 1 and then again now on my gen 2. I have nothing bad to say about it. It was great, but I ended up getting a new cover that Did a little more for me and in the end it ended up being a better cover. Posted about it here (posted pics of it as well)...
